Cancellation policy:
Please note: We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on all appointments and voucher values.
Any cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at 50% of the service.
If you fail to show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Please let the salon or your therapist know with as much time as possible to avoid these fees.
In breach of this policy, any future appointments will need to be booked with a deposit.
Other policies:
The Beauty Stop is now offering more relaxation treatments than before with more therapists working meaning we have lots of busy clients booking appointments for much needed ‘down time’ and It is very important to us that we provide a quiet and stress free environment for our clients throughout the salon.
Unfortunately the safety of young children cannot be guaranteed when accompanying an adult who is having beauty or nail treatment. And it is very difficult for yourselves to control children whilst having your own treatment or stopping them from interrupting others.
Following the advice of our insurance providers and lots of feedback from clients, we need to implement a salon policy that no children under 12 will be allowed into the salon accompanying an adult having a treatment unless they are having the treatment themselves.
Please speak to your therapists about this if this will affect any future appointments. There are, on some occasions, for very short appointments and where the children can be supervised appropriately, that this policy will be wavered.
Polite Notices:
*Please be aware of our cancellation policy displayed in your confirmation email. When you book an appointment you accept our terms and conditions.
*If you have booked an eye treatment, you may require a patch test. Please book a free patch test appointment or contact the salon to discuss.
*Parking- there is plenty of parking outside of the salon and the premises next door. There is also road and street parking alongside the salon. Please do not use the spaces outside the ‘One Stop’
*We have a door entry system so Please arrive at your appointment on time as we may still be in a treatment and not able to answer the door if you arrive early
